Barwon Occupational Therapy referrals are managed by our Allied Health Team Leader, and are reviewed weekly. All referrals are thoroughly assessed and allocated to the most appropriate practitioner.
A formal referral from a doctor is not required for our service unless you are wishing to claim through DVA or applying for a Medicare rebate.
For Medicare rebate services, you will need a referral from your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.
