REFERRALS

Barwon Occupational Therapy referrals are managed by Principal OT, Anna Treloar-Tanner.  Admin will confirm the referral has been received and will contact you about any further details that may be required.  Anna will assess referrals and allocate to the most relevant therapist. 

A formal referral from a doctor is not required for our service unless you are wishing to claim through DVA or applying for a Medicare rebate.
For Medicare rebate services, you will need a referral from your GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist.
